Guidelines to fill in the Application Form:
# Click the link, the Registration Form will appear on the screen.
# Name of the Pupil to be filled as per the Birth Certificate.
Candidates Eligible for Admission :
- For PRE - KG Date of Birth should be 01.06.2022 - 31.05.2023 can apply.
- For LKG Date of Birth should be 01.06.2021 - 31.05.2022 can apply.
Under and above age will not be permitted.
# All Red Star Heads (*) are mandatory(to be filled compulsorily).
# Specify the accurate distance as it will be verified with
Google Map.
# A PDF Format which will be sent to your E-mail id along
with Use Code.
# Kindly make the following soft copies to upload the
Registration Form
(i) Birth Certificate of the Child. (*)
(ii) Community Certificate of the Child (if available)
(OR) the Parent.
(iii) Income Certificate.
(iv) Aadhaar Card of the Parent. (*)
(v) Ration Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport.
(Any one Proof)
# Don’t upload the Rental Agreement/Bank Passbook/Gas
Bill/EB Card etc.,
# This Registration does not GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
# After the scrutiny of the Registration Form, the selected
candidate alone will receive a call or message within a week.
# Don’t seek any clarification regarding Admission through
telephone (or) mail.
# It is mandatory to fill all the columns in the application form.
